Pride 2018 at The Warehouse Group

We believe that diversity creates a more productive, creative and dynamic society, and it improves our ability to see and connect with the world around us. Participating in the Pride Parade is about celebrating our 12,000 team members – supporting them to be themselves at work, and recognising that diversity makes us a stronger, better business.

Last year we introduced our Transgender Support Policy to help team members transitioning gender, and we expect to be awarded the Rainbow Tick in 2018. We’ve begun our diversity and inclusion journey, and we’re looking forward to doing more to support the Rainbow Community in the future.

Our theme for Pride 2018: #KiwiPride

We’re excited to be joining in the Pride Parade on Ponsonby Rd, Auckland, on Saturday 17 February. Our theme for 2018 is #KiwiPride. We’ve been part of New Zealand for 35 years and we understand what it means to be a Kiwi. We believe in the strength of our people and our country.

We’re Kiwi proud, we’re proud Kiwis, and we have #KiwiPride.

For every individual social media account that changes its profile pic using the #KiwiPride filter or image and hashtags #KiwiPride, we’ll donate $1 to OUTLine, an awesome counselling service for the LGBTTIQ+ community, up to the value of $5000.
