The Warehouse Group used Dynamic Yield to build and test personalised, optimised and synchronised digital customer experiences with a specific focus on optimisation tests that reimagine the checkout experience and create custom recommendation widgets for Noel Leeming.
These widgets deliver the most relevant product recommendations to users, based on items they have added to their carts in the same session, alongside custom recommendation and navigation experiences that surface the most relevant products in real-time.
The comprehensive testing plan optimised the checkout experience for Noel Leeming customers by focusing on UX improvements and experimenting with different variations of the checkout flow to keep users on-site and engaged. This improved the year-on-year exit rate by 4%.
