On Saturday, The Warehouse & Warehouse Stationery CEO Pejman Okhovat proudly opened the doors to our new concept Albany store.
The Warehouse is constantly evolving and listening to customer feedback. The new concept store answers what customers have asked for and more.
The store focuses on the customer experience - it feels modern and comfortable but still retains the essence of The Warehouse - where everyone gets a bargain every day since 1982.
The introduction of the environmentally friendly white marble-look flooring, which is 100% organic, and manufactured using Canola Oil, Chalk and wood pulp, adds comfort underfoot and clean white space to hero our on-trend & affordable products.
The Clothing and Home departments also have a stylish new look with wood accent shelving, and mannequins wearing the latest in-house designed trends.
The store has also invested in some exciting new technology and expanded its digital capabilities, with electronic shelf-edge labelling, and self-checkout kiosks which modernise the instore experience, and improve the productivity and efficiency of our team.
And with the addition of click and collect lockers, our customers now have the opportunity to shop online and collect their order in-store, and fuss-free.
