In the role of Chapter Area Lead, Buying and Design, Jenny oversees the development and delivery of our product ranges across The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery and Noel Leeming.
Jenny joined The Warehouse Group in 2009, having held various leadership roles across buying, marketing and store operations in New Zealand and the UK. When asked where her motivation comes from she says three things:
1. Believing in our vision to help Kiwis live better every day
2. A genuine passion for my job and the team of people I work with both internally and externally
3. Being part of an organisation that strive to make a difference for Aotearoa New Zealand
What is a Chapter Area Lead?
In agile, a Tribe Lead takes care of the “what” and a Chapter Area Lead takes care of the “how”. It’s a partnership that allows equal focus on people and processes, as well as goals and results. In an agile business model, we are equally focused on both of these areas – which means we have the ability to make decisions quickly, with balance.

Our desire to deliver great value, quality and sustainable products to our customers when and where they want them is one that requires partnership from source to shelf. The Supplier Relationship team will act as a facilitation hub for improving our connection and I really look forward to seeing the results and hearing any builds on how we can improve.
