We are a member of global sustainability programmes such as The Better Cotton Initiative (BCI), the world's largest cotton sustainability programme, and Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) a non-profit organisation that promotes the responsible management of the world's forests.
This means customers can confidently choose products that have been sourced ethically.
We believe sustainability should be made accessible and we are increasingly delivering products that are both sustainable and affordable. Customers can now find around 8000 products, each with at least one sustainable feature, like certified sustainable materials or packaging with reduced plastic and improved recyclability.
We continue to work with suppliers to adhere to our sustainable packaging guidelines, which are aimed at reducing unnecessary packaging while improving its recyclability or reusability and delivering lower environmental impact as a result. Thousands of products now feature packaging improvements.
