Mark joined The Warehouse Group as Chief Financial Officer in April 2024 and was appointed Group Chief Executive Officer on 1 August 2025. He is responsible for leading the Group’s strategy and performance across all brands.
Before joining TWG, Mark was Group Chief Financial Officer at Mr Price Group, one of South Africa’s largest retailers. He held senior roles there for nearly a decade, following earlier leadership positions at Aspen Pharmacare and Eurotap Investments. He began his career at PwC.
Mark is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Fellow Certified Management Accountant. He holds an MBA global digital business & transformation from University of Barcelona.
